We all need to be motivated and encouraged. And that simple phrase, “You are not alone,” sometimes has an enormous effect on our emotional and mental health.

I used to fear everything in life, and I know how awful it feels to be stuck and scared all the time. Fear hinders us with so many things. It destroys us if we cling to it longer. Is there a way out? I believe so. And I would love to be journeying with you on this topic.

Above all, God has all the power to help us overcome anything.

I live simply. Contentment is the answer to how I got to where I am now. I’m Filipina, currently living in Aruba, One Happy Island. I’m a mother of a beautiful angel, Zoey Oaklynn. Motherhood will be part of this blog.
